    Five minutes to lay down

    Five minutes to lay down

One easy tool to help or prevent a back pain flare up, take 5 minutes to lay down.

I'll help you to release the muscles around your spine, neck and shoulders.
When we lay down it can decompress the spine, allowing fluid to return to the disks between vertebrae.

When you lay down you are completely supported and there is nothing for those over tense muscles to do.
It can take time for your muscles to be convinced of that which is why your thoughts and attention when you are laying down are so important and can make such an impact.
